Based on my experience, about 80% of the businesses and individuals I work with see significant financial improvement and move forward, alleviating the stress of constant firefighting. Some clients have even reported profit increases of 500% or more, and several have grown into substantial enterprises.

However, success isn’t guaranteed. External factors, such as unforeseen competition or significant personal challenges, can sometimes derail progress. Occasionally, I’ve worked with clients who didn’t seek advice or input, but rather a sounding board, which doesn’t align with my challenging coaching style. If you’re looking for someone to simply agree with you, I may not be the right coach for you.

If you can’t commit to 4 hours a month for coaching, we need to discuss why that is. Success in business requires time to work on strategic aspects that will drive long-term growth.

While you can book me for a couple of hours on a one-off basis to tackle a specific issue, in my experience, ad-hoc sessions don’t have the impact of regular coaching. The twice-monthly sessions, combined with ongoing communication, are key to making lasting changes in your business.

I cannot act as your business partner, you remain in charge. You’ll make the decisions and do the work. While I can assist with your marketing strategy and introduce you to experts, I won’t do your marketing or sales for you. I’m here to guide and support, not to take over.
Absolutely. In fact, 80% of my clients prefer working over Zoom, even those who live nearby, due to the convenience. I also coach clients in different cities and countries without ever meeting face-to-face. We can accomplish almost everything online that we would in person, but it’s more time-efficient. The only thing you will be missing out on are the great snacks and coffee in the session room!
I prefer to find a way for you to invest in our work together, or perhaps defer payments until your cash flow improves, rather than reducing the frequency of our meetings. Your business will move quickly, and twice-monthly meetings are essential to maintain momentum. If cost is an issue, consider the Remarkable Business programme, which offers the benefits of coaching at a more accessible price.
Of course. I always schedule an initial meeting, to see if we’re a good fit and to discuss some preliminary actions for you to take. I’ll give you an honest assessment of whether business coaching with me is the right move for you. Sometimes, I advise that you don’t need me, or that your efforts might be better directed elsewhere.
Possibly. It depends on the reasons behind the mess. Many clients come to me with troubled businesses, and we often manage to turn things around dramatically. For instance, I recently heard from a former client whose business went from a $300k loss to a $525k profit in just a few quarters after working together. If you’re in a similar situation, let’s sit down for a coffee and cake session. I’ll give you an honest assessment of your business’s potential and whether it’s worth continuing.
Many of my clients wish they had started working with me earlier to avoid going down the wrong path. Even a few months of coaching early on can set you on the right course, saving time and effort in the long run. It’s hard to build a house without a good foundation.
I can help by getting your business in shape so you have the resources to address those areas with the right professionals. However, if you’re going through significant personal challenges, it might be better to resolve those first, as they could distract from our work together. Consider counseling or life coaching to get clarity on your overall goals before focusing on business growth. One big life change at a time is a creed I adhere to.
No, I don’t have a magic pill, and if I did, I’d probably charge a lot more! Transforming your business requires time and hard work. My role is to help you focus on the right actions, but there’s no getting around the fact that those actions need to be executed by you.
